What object are you obsessed with? A bowl of ramen? The boom box from your youth? Giant fluffy moths? Whatever you’re obsessed with, I’m obsessed with recreating it in purse form.
Yes, it will purse.
Part of the joy of making these purses is finding the perfect material to replicate the real life texture of the object. I use only deadstock, upcycled, and vintage fabrics in my work as part of my sustainable practice. Materials may be hand painted, embroidered, or beaded to achieve the perfect look.
What to know:
How long will my custom purse take to make?
Turnaround time is typically 4 to 5 weeks, but more involved pieces (lots of beading or complex pattern design) may take up to two months. Please be aware that you may be added to a waitlist depending on demand. If you have time constraints, please let me know when you contact me.
Are there any types of purses you won’t make?
I typically don’t make plushie type animal purses, as my style is more realism, however I’m happy to make you a realistic fish, amphibian, or bug (non-mammal creatures).
How much does a custom purse cost?
You can expect a custom purse to start at £300, but this may be less or more depending on how simple or complex your design is. Reach out for a custom estimate.
Will my custom purse fit my phone/wallet/keys?
Yes, if that’s what you need! You stipulate the dimensions you need for your purse to be functional. These custom needs may also include detachable strap, certain closures, etc.
